Cinema 11a Software Updates
Please make sure to download the Cinema 11a Software Updates to the right according to your specific model with either the SERIAL # 08XXXXXXX or SERIAL # 09XXXXXXX.
The new v1.08 audio software is designed specifically around the HDMI version 1.05 update. If your 08xxxxxxx C11a has Firmware v1.05 the HDMI has also been updated and you can install v 1.08. If it has v1.04 or below, the unit must be returned to the factory for updating.
To perform the software update to your Cinema 11a, download files listed to the right. First, review the instructions containing directions on how to complete the upgrade. Next, you will need to install the FlashMagic program to your PC. Once the Flash Magic program has been installed, you can then use the Hex Code Software to perform and complete the update. WinZip software is required to access the downloaded files.
