Our artwork provider has recently made changes to their website and this software update will rectify the issue of not being able to download artwork from their website to your MS-1.

This will allow you to download artwork as usual and it also includes a software tool that will force the download of artwork in cases where this may be necessary.

Download the latest MS-1 software restore DVD to use all the latest features we have added.

Since this is a DVD image file, it is quite large. It may take hours depending on your connection speed.

If you do not have a fast internet connection, contact us for a DVD copy of the software. Be sure you select the correct version for the model you have. You can burn the file using any commercial DVD burning software like IMG Burn . You may want to start this download at night when traffic on the internet is lowest.
